Humberto Villasenor, P.E.
Mr. Villasenor is a Licensed Professional Engineer and the Founder of VEMAC Consulting, bringing experience in advanced engineering analysis, consulting, and leadership. He is widely regarded for his ability to deliver practical, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to some of the most technically demanding challenges across industries and brings a rare combination of technical mastery and business acumen to every endeavor.
With a strong background in mathematical modeling of engineering systems, numerical methods, and complex finite element analysis, Mr. Villasenor leads multidisciplinary teams in the execution of high-stakes projects. His expertise spans product development, forensic failure analysis, infrastructure systems, vehicle technologies, and petrochemical facilities, among many others.
Under his leadership, VEMAC has grown into a trusted consulting partner known for speed, reliability, innovation, and precision. Mr. Villasenor's strengths also include project management and budget management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.
He is a visionary leader who unites deep technical knowledge with strategic business insight, driving long-term value for clients and pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence.

Thomas Huyhnh
Mr. Huynh is a Certified Project Manager with over thirty years of global experience relating to project development, corporate & project management, engineering & contract management, procurement, construction, and operations.
He is recognized for getting results by building relations both internally and externally being a strong leader with the optimal balance of technical, industrial, and management skills primarily focused on success through team efforts.
Thomas continually strives toward project excellence through continuous improvement, project management and methodology, contract strategy, staff development, risk assessments and forefront on technology development.
Mr. Huynh's experience developing and executing E&P onshore, mid-stream, and refinery and chemical plant projects in North America, Europe, Africa, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Russia, Australia, Asia Pacific, and Southeast Asia.
He is predominantly experienced with equipment preventative maintenance program, tank and pipeline integrity program to very large energy complex projects.
